1974 Quinsigamond Community College Worcester, Massachusetts

In a meeting held on May 11 at Quinsigamond CC it was decided to approve a new organizational structure for MMATYC. A Senate type forum was used, and to acknowledge the fact that so many non-Massachusetts people were members, the name became the New England Mathematical Association of Two Year Colleges, NEMATYC.

The following positions were filled.
